Läckö Castle, beautifully situated on a headland by Lake Vänern in Lidköping Municipality, Västra Götaland, is one of the largest tourist destinations in the Västra Götaland region. The castle is a state heritage building and one of Sweden's best-preserved structures from the Swedish Empire period. The Läckö Castle Foundation conducts a wide range of cultural tourism activities here.

Naturum Vänerskärgården - Victoria House

Naturum Vänerskärgården - Victoria House was completed in 2013. The building is a symbolic gift to Crown Princess Victoria on her 30th birthday and houses an InfoPoint/reception, 15 guest rooms, a restaurant area, two meeting rooms, and an exhibition in Naturum Vänerskärgården.

Job Description

As a visitor host and receptionist, you will welcome guests in the Victoria House at Läckö Castle. In addition to check-in and check-out of guests, you will provide information about the destination, our range of services, and other attractions and events in the Läckö/Kinnekulle region. The role includes responsibility for performing administrative tasks such as phone and email management, bookings, system management, and contact with partners.

You will work flexibly and comfortably in our environments and have an eye for details, guest flows, and colleagues in the visitor environment as a whole.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and good hospitality. We expect you to have an outgoing working style with good teamwork skills. You should be able to work independently, but also have a strong sense of responsibility in collaboration with your colleagues. You should have a high level of service awareness and a genuine interest in providing information to all the visitors who come to the area around Läckö Castle and the biosphere area. We place great importance on personal suitability and see it as natural that you contribute to a good working climate.

Good language skills in English are a requirement, and knowledge of German is an advantage.

About the Positions

The position runs from June to August 2026. There is also the possibility of extra work during other times of the year.

Weekend work is included, as the operation is open 7 days a week.
